What is your return policy?

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

Please make sure to take photos of the shipment once it arrives to display its condition. Then contact us @ returns@onekandb.com with the pictures attached and order number. We will then coordinate a replacement sent out to you as quick as possible at no extra cost. Please note we will not be able to process any returns without proof of damage during the receiving of the goods. 

Note: If the shipment is damaged you should refuse it so it's sent back to the supplier. If you sign for the shipment without noting its damage it is assumed it's received in good condition. You may need to open the box before signing for it.


Do you accept orders over the phone?

Yes! We do accept orders over the phone with all major credit cards.


Do you price match?

We do indeed price match. If there's a product that you're seeing somewhere else please send us the link and we'll match or even beat it.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. In the event that you require to give us an alternative payment to the previously listed than please give us a call or send an email to sales@onekandb.com and we will be happy to assist.


Product Availability & Lead Time

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, we will make sure you are efficiently informed and updated with the correct information at all times. If you have any questions regarding lead time or the availability of your desired product(s) please don't hesitate to give us a call. If the products that have been purchased are in stock we will ship within 1-2 business days. If the even that the order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you with further details within 3 business days.
